As a progressive, forward thinking organisation, the CIIA wanted to build awareness of the value of the profession of internal audit and increase the standing of the Institute both internally (with its membership) and externally (with senior company executives, the media and government organisations).

To get an independent perspective, the CIIA approached FMS and asked us to put together a marketing strategy for both the Institute, and one of its key propositions.
