Vaillant wanted to use technical information so that it would engage with both technical and end-user audiences. The online solar system and ground source heat pump made the basic calculations, and outline costs, easy to access for both these audiences. Printed materials conveyed technical information so that the product benefits were clear to end-users and so that the most useful details for installers/specifiers were readily available.

FMS built Vaillant’s float for The Lord Mayor’s show and organised logistics for the whole event liaising with all the relevant authorities. The float got extensive TV coverage helping extend the reach of the brand.
